The Carter Presidency is being eclipsed as the worst in modern times (not being as well versed on 19th century politics as 20th century I admit there could have been worse).

I do hope that the “Crisis in the Gulf” does not run as long as the “America held hostage” crisis did.

Obama is even less effective as a leader than Carter, and I really doubt that in his post presidential years the big O will be able to build any houses – teleprompters don’t have a hammer mode.

His only lasting accomplishment will be the damage he is doing – intentionally – to the American free enterprise system.

Perhaps, in place of the “America Held Hostage” tag line of Carter “Capitalism Held Hostage” for the Obama years.
