Well here is a first- I am on an Air Tran flight from Denver to Atlanta and am on line wirelessly! So out the window I see – probably Kansas farm fields.
It is fast, the service is complimentary today for some reason. I signed up and logged on and it works. Pretty fast too.
Was of course talking to the boss about Obama’s speech last night – at least he watched the Fox news coverage of it – I couldn’t be dragged to a TV with that socialist on it.
The boss is very concerned about Obama Care (reminds me of Hillary Care – on purpose! – at least Clinton was bright enough not to let anyone call it Clinton Care). The boss being in the senior citizen group, is concerned that the rationing of care and drugs that will be certain to come and the increase of taxes on those who actually work for a living – like him. Talk about a double whammy – pay more taxes and be denied care!
We talked about how the opposition should try to combat it – first – demand that Congress and all federal employees be mandated to join any Obama Care plan – no exceptions, no allowance to go outside the system for “special” care. Next demand that it also be mandated for all Veterans and active military – that should drive a huge spike throughthe heart of the plan and quick!
Every day someone at work passes around some anti socialist sentiment – e-mail or by hand.It is not lost on the people at work that it is Obama and his socialist party that have prevented the oil and gas producers from drilling wells in this country. We are doing business with the rest of the world – Germany, Poland, Italy, Veit Nam, India, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, even Russia and China but virtually none in the USA.
Well since i don’t know how good the battery in this six year old lap top is I’ll post this now befor I go check email.
