They - like the updated UH-1Y will have more power and I believe a four bladed composite rotor. The distinctive WHOOP WHOOP sound from the two bladed rotors will be gone - making them more stealthy. The current sound does have an effect on the enemy - they know what is coming before they can see it but that is a double edged sword. More stealth will be good. The Zulu's also will be easier to maintain with the composite rotors - the whole assembly can be replaced in a day rather than the weeks it takes for the current Whiskey model. I can imagine how seeing the American aircraft and helicopters is reasssuring to you. My brother said they actually tested the MOAB bomb on Eglin years ago and announced it through all the local news cahnnels & media so nobody would be scared. When the bomb was tested it sent the biggest shockwave out he had ever felt. Normal businesses that aren't affected by the activities of the airstrip were even shaken that day.
