Me thinks the ACLU doth protest too much!
Posted on February 19, 2008
The ACLU in their deliberately misnamed “National Security” effort have encountered a stone wall at the Supreme Court.
Now lets see, if these lawyers and reporters and media and the ACLU were being wiretapped in their conversations with foreigners, there must have been some basis for suspecting the people they were conversing with had ties to terrorists. In my opinion, if they were knowingly conversing (conspiring) with terrorists after 9/11 they were probably committing treason and have plenty to be worried about. Were they behind the treasonous release to the media of details on how the US intelligence agencies were listening in to the terrorists. The loss of that intelligence advantage was huge and unforgivable.
Would they have pursued this if they did not fear they had been complicit in treason?
